Knurled Brass Insert Nut for Plastic Injection Molding

Precision knurled brass insert nuts, CNC turning processed. Anti-slip knurling outer wall avoids loosening after plastic injection molding. Full standard sizes available, custom sizes acceptable. Widely used for electronic, home appliance and automotive plastic shell fastening.


1. Product Introduction

 

Our knurled brass insert nuts are precision processed by fully automatic CNC lathes with high-purity brass raw materials.

The outer surface adopts vertical knurling structure, which can greatly increase the combination friction with plastic raw materials. After injection molding or hot melt embedding, the nut will not rotate or fall off easily.

The inner thread is precisely tapped, with smooth tooth shape, uniform size, and can withstand repeated disassembly and assembly without slipping teeth.

- Custom service: Customize outer diameter, length, thread depth and double knurl / single knurl according to drawings and samples


- Material: H59 / H62 brass, corrosion-resistant, good conductivity
