1. Product Introduction

Hexagonal flange grounding press-fit standoffs are integrally CNC precision turned from 304 stainless steel or low-carbon steel. Equipped with hexagonal flange base and outer annular knurled teeth, they lock firmly into thin metal sheets and prevent rotation during installation. The through internal thread realizes two functions: sheet metal fastening and conductive earthing for equipment enclosures. Surface treatments including zinc plating and nickel plating are available for anti-rust and oxidation resistance, suitable for long-term harsh working conditions.
